72 Hour Cancellation

Reservations: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Your Credit Card may be billed for 1st night stay upon making reservation. Credit cards are authorized for 110% at 4pm the day of arrival. Declined or invalid credit card may result in cancellation of reservation without notice.

A confirmation letter will be sent to your email address. Please review it and contact us immediately if there are any questions or errors. If we do not hear from you we will assume everything is correct.

Deposits: A one night deposit is required to make reservations from March 1st thru Sept 4th. and all Special Events.

Rates: Rates are based on single or double occupancy and include a complimentary continental breakfast and off-street parking for one vehicle. Additional adults are $12/night per persons over the age of 12.

Weekdays are Sunday nights through Thursday nights. Weekends are Friday and Saturday nights. Minimum stays are generally required for weekends, holiday periods and special events.

Cancellations: You have up until 72 hours prior to arrival to cancel your reservation, change dates or length of stay.
• Guests who do not cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to arrival or fail to arrive will have a penalty equal to the first night charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.

Parking: One parking space is available for each reservation. Only passenger vehicles are permitted, no oversized vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers allowed.

Pets: We are sorry, but pets are not permitted on property. Any evidence of pets will result in a $250 cleaning charge that will be charged to your credit card.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 to check in.

Extra Guests: Some rooms can accommodate extra guests. Room capacity may not exceed maximum allowable by fire code. An accurate count for all guests is required for each reservation. There is a charge of $12 per night for each extra guest over the age of 12.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. Smoking is limited to the outside grounds or balconies (be sure windows and doors are closed). A minimum of $250.00 cleaning surcharge and all costs relating to the loss of revenue while the room is not rentable will be charged to your card if evidence of smoking in the room. You will also be asked to vacate your room immediately without refund. TYBEE ISLAND IS A SMOKE FREE BEACH, NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON THE BEACH OR CROSSWALKS, SUBJECT TO A $300 FINE.

Damages: We recognize sometimes accidents are unavoidable and damage might incur. Any costs relating to cleaning, repair, or replacement of damaged items is the responsibility of the guest. All costs relating to damages will be assessed to your credit card upon discovery as well as the loss of revenue while property is not rentable.

Special Events: We may issue and require wrist bands during special events. With out wrist bands, access to property will be limited.

Fireworks: Absolutely no fireworks on any of our properties.

Taxes: Taxes are subject to change, 14% state and local taxes are added per night. (7% State, 7% Local)  + $5.00 state transportation tax.
